I am trying to retrieve my old tweets. It is very important. Many of my ideas were lost for a very important project. can someone please help me?

Our Historics Service is not yet publicly available. We plan to start rolling out access over the coming weeks. When access to our Historics Service is generally available, you should be able to access all your old Tweets as far back as January 2010 via our API.
when you say in the next coming weeks does that mean now or soon? I will pay whatever amount to be first on the list. I had many ideas i need from my tweets for a book that i am writing for a cancer charity. My twitter id's were @holliebrewton @hotrxgirl . if there is anyone that could put me first on the list i would be ever so grateful. Thank you Jason. Awaiting your response
