parameters
optional

The following options are supported:

  • comments -- set to true, if you want to receive comment interactions.

For example:

resources

The list of resources to monitor.

For all resources you need to specify the type:

  • type -- type of data: people_updates (updates posted by a specific user), public_activities (results of searches on public activities).

When type is set to: people_updates, the following parameters must be present:

  • user_id -- the only allowed value is 'me'.
  • event_types -- the only allowed value is 'activities'. Note that you have to pass this as an array.

For example:

resources=[
    {
        "parameters": {
            "type": "people_updates",
            "user_id": "me",
            "event_types": [
                "activities"
            ]
        }
    }
]

When type is set to: public_activities, the following additional parameters must be present:

  • search_string -- search criteria for the activities..

For example:

resources=[
    {
        "parameters": {
            "event_types": [
                "activities"
            ],
            "search_string": "Nike",
            "type": "public_activities",
            "user_id": "me"
        }
    }
]
auth
optional

Access tokens the source should use when accessing the Google+ API.

Google+ source requires two tokens:

  • parameters.value -- an OAuth2 application access token.
  • parameters.refresh_token -- an OAuth2 access refresh token.

For example:

auth=[
    {
        "parameters": {
            "value": "kfDecg0a9le3f...",
            "refresh_token": "fewfEWFEWF9Ddadw..."
        }
    }
