This target holds the original, unexpanded link.
For example, suppose we visited the bitly.com site, requested a shortened link to www.yahoo.com, and received yhoo.it/Swc0Gg. Whenever someone clicks on this link, wherever it appears, DataSift receives an interaction with bitly.url set to "www.yahoo.com".
If 100 different users request links to www.yahoo.com, bitly supplies each user with a different shortened link but any click on any of those shortened links causes bitly.url to be set to "www.yahoo.com".
The bitly.url target is useful because it allows you to filter against all the shortened bitly links that resolve to a particular page.
- Filter for all the clicks, globally, on bitly links leading to a particular page:
bitly.url == "example.com/frood/42.html"
Target service: Bitly
Always exists: No
